Atstream Group’s Efforts Toward the SDGs
Atstream Group aims to become a driving force for social change based on Our Credo of “Integrity, Accomplishment, and
Continual Growth,” and will contribute to the realization of a sustainable society as envisioned by the SDGs.

Health Management
Since our establishment in 2001, we have implemented remote work, granted 15 days of paid leave from the date of hire, and introduced a workcation program to enhance the work-life balance of our employees.
In addition, we cover comprehensive medical examinations costs for employees, our most important management resource, as well as for their spouses, based on the idea that the families of our employees should also be healthy. Through executive-led efforts to reform work styles and curb overtime work, we have been successful in promoting and realizing healthy work styles.

Publishing of Training Programs and Knowledge
<Internal> We actively work to develop human resources who can work as consultants even if they have no experience through our unique and diverse training and education programs. In addition to in-house training, we also continue to offer “Atstream Academy” as a place to learn together with our clients, and are working to create knowledge by bringing together a diverse range of human resources.
<External> We provide various training services based on the methodologies and promotion know-how accumulated through our consulting services such as business strategy development, sales enhancement, and management reform.
We also actively write and publish our consulting know-how in the form of books to bring our knowledge to as many people as possible.

Fostering the Next Generation, Long-term Care Support, Diversity, and Women’s Empowerment
We provide an environment where employees can engage in work that contributes to their personal and economic growth regardless of age, gender, nationality, or sexual orientation.
In addition, we focus on the establishment and revision of systems to accommodate flexible work styles in accordance with life events in order to create a workplace environment where employees can continue to work even when they have to raise children or care for family members.

Decent Work and Economic Growth
We value the freedom to work unrestricted by time or place. Compensation is determined based on results and contributions rather than working hours or seniority, and we have maintained profitability and paid bonuses in all fiscal years since our establishment.
We also hold annual events where we invite employees and their families to theme parks, etc. Through these events, we strive to create a comfortable working environment and to stimulate communication among employees by conveying to their families our gratitude for the company’s growth, and by acquainting them with our colleagues and the atmosphere of the workplace.

Innovation
We are working aggressively to develop new methodologies and services using the knowledge we have gained in the consulting industry.
We strive to create new innovation opportunities and put them into practice by continuing to hold “Process Innovation Seminars” for the purpose of sharing concrete examples of our initiatives and creating opportunities for mutual collaboration among clients and business partners, and “Crosstalk” (webinars) aimed at sharing and generating knowledge and insights.

Environmental Conservation
The “free-address” system and satellite office operations have enabled us to go paperless and reduce our environmental impact by limiting lighting to areas where it is used, setting air conditioning appropriately, and participating in the “Cool Biz” campaign.
In addition, when designing office space, we are always conscious of the need to create an optimal space that requires the least amount of energy, and we promote the use of environmentally friendly materials by practicing sustainable procurement, using banana paper, and changing clear file folders from plastic to paper.
